Don't know if im one myself

I have had this new debit card and it has an overdraft of 500 that I can use ! it's a Cahoot card. I always used my money on it and when I had none I didn't touch their money.. but I didn't know I could do.. till my Mum said I could.. but don't spend too much!

Well it's like having free spending money.. so I went a little crazy with my card and one day I felt so down in the dumps I spent £93.82 on clothes and accessories at ZARA !! I felt quite bad it went up so high! because some of the stuff was in the sale! well I ended up taking a pair of trousers back and put the money back on my card!

Basically I've printed all my bank statments out and I've used £500 already!! but I just don't know how! but I buy stull on ebay so maybe that explains it!!

And I recently had this so called friend who works at Ann summers I felt very pushed into having this ann summers credit card! and I've spent £230 on it !! well she added stuff on my card without asking me !! and she still hasn't paid me back the money she owes! as it can be taken very seriously as it's called fraud! so I'm upset about that ! I think she insisted me to sign up with it after I said no twice!!! so she could get promotions etc.. and commission!! I feel so bad now.. I don't know what to do about it all!

I am selling stuff on ebay to pay back my debit card, but it's another 200 to pay off ann summers, well I've written Ann summers a letter, to head office.. and see what they will say. I did try and send the ann summers stuff back but with no tags but some of the lingure had labels stuck down and still wouldn't accept them! even though none of them have been worn! this girl who pushed me into having a card with them.. is very pushy sales lady.. and she got angry because I wanted to take them back she was a bit off with me!!

Now I'm peeved off so much! I can't even send any of the items back !!! when they haven't even been worn at all ! If Ann summers doesn't take them back.. I don't know what I will do .. because im stuck ! but that girl who works there.. will just have to pay the bill of what she owes me ! she needs to pay me £26.30 I went in on Monday to collect it, and she wasn't even in! she's had a week off because she's on holiday !!

She's a hard faced cow !!! Does anyone have any ideas of how she can actually loose her job ? or report her ?

sounds like you ae in england, and don't know the law there. but generally someone cannot use your card or sign your signature as that would be fraud or forgery.

i am a shopaholic... not just for myself my my daughters, their husbands and kids, and i don't buy junk, i have spent over 3-4 million am. dollars in last few years, real estate for my daughters new homes, furniture cars, clothes, trips to scotland, i have traveled the world, i have a new home, etc. and now i am on a tight budget and going back to work.

credit cards are killers - you are young - be careful, you do not need to impress anyone, be happy and save your money. don't let other influence you or you will be old and broke and starting over, it is not fun.

educate yourself, have a home on flat, but be wise, you don't need a big home or lots of clothers or expensive cars - you will only have worry.

think about what i have said long and hard, read it over and over from one who has suffered. your friend.
